I got to the hotel and asked the receptionist if there were any open rooms. He told me there were only executive suites available. I said fine as long as there were two beds. We got to the room and walked into a REGULAR hotel room. It had two beds a small TV, desk/chair and nothing else No executive anything! Barely enough space to walk on the other side of the far bed. The fridge had marks all over the front the TV cabinet was badly marked up. If this is what the Oxford Suites calls an EXECUTIVE suite I find that entirely misleading to a down-right lie!
I wanted to leave but my nephew and I were so tired and it was so late that he asked we not continue searching for a hotel since we were already there.
The worst part of it all came in the morning when I checked out I was charged an extra $47 because they claimed I requested an executive suite when I checked in.
Never again will I stay at an Oxford or any of the sister hotels it claims.
Not suites at all they are completely misleading.
